While we carefully maintain the accuracy of all information on our website, occasional errors in product descriptions, prices, or images may occur. Falastique™ is not liable for such errors and reserves the right to correct them without prior notice.

  3. Formation of Agreement
    An agreement between you and Falastique™ is established when you place an order and it is confirmed by us, either in writing or electronically. By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete. Falastique™ reserves the right to refuse an order or impose additional conditions if necessary, for example in cases of suspected fraud or incomplete information. Only after confirmation of your order does a binding agreement exist.

  4. Prices and Payment
    All prices listed on our website include applicable taxes and exclude shipping costs unless otherwise stated. Payment must be made fully through the methods provided on our website. We offer secure and reliable payment options to ensure a safe and convenient transaction. While we strive to keep prices current and accurate, we reserve the right to change them. The price at the time of your order is binding.

  5. Delivery and Execution
    We process and ship all orders with the utmost care. Delivery times provided on our website are indicative and may vary. Delays do not entitle you to compensation or termination of the agreement. Delivery takes place at the address provided by you during the ordering process. Please ensure your address is complete and accurate. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation with tracking information.

  6. Right of Withdrawal
    You have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days of receiving your order without giving any reason. During this period, you must handle the product and packaging with care. To exercise your right of withdrawal, notify us via email or the contact form on our website within the 14-day period. After notifying us, you have another 14 days to return the product. Return shipping costs are generally your responsibility unless otherwise stated. Products that cannot be returned for hygiene or health reasons and whose seal has been broken are excluded.

  7. Warranty
    Falastique™ fully stands behind the quality of its products. If a product is defective due to manufacturing errors, you are entitled to repair or replacement within the applicable warranty period. Warranty does not apply if the product is misused, altered, or damaged by you or third parties. Always follow the instructions to preserve the warranty and avoid damage.

  9. Liability
    Falastique™ is only liable for direct damage caused by intent or gross negligence. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or financial damages. In cases of force majeure, including strikes, natural disasters, or carrier issues, Falastique™ cannot be held responsible for failure to meet obligations.

  10. Applicable Law
    All agreements and transactions with Falastique™ are governed by Dutch law. Disputes not resolved amicably will be submitted to the competent court in the jurisdiction where Falastique™ is established.
