Return Policy – Falastique™

At Falastique™, we strive for satisfied customers and want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with a product, you may return it within 14 days of receipt.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at info@falastique.com. We will then provide instructions for returning the product. During the return period, please handle the product and packaging with care.

Please note that products that cannot be returned for hygienic or health reasons, and whose seal has been broken, cannot be returned.

After receipt and inspection of the returned product, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days via the same payment method you used. Return shipping costs are generally your responsibility unless otherwise stated.
